TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

• This certificate does not pertain to the clarity, cut, quality of color of the specimen, unless otherwise specified herein.
• This certificate does not indicate about any treatment done on the specimen, unless otherwise specified.
• All reports are subject to the terms and conditions stated herein, and expresses no warranties. if ILJD has prepared a grading, information or an insurance replacement value report for any item, any other use of this report shall render it null void. This is an information / inspection report to be used for identification purpose only.
• Certificate replacement Value are calculated using pricing formulation and standard ILJD (International Lab for Jewelry and Diamonds) practices to replace or recreate an item. The report shall be considering effective from the date of inspection.
• All reports are generated by a Experience Person using generally accepted rules, instrument and techniques of ILJD and are bona fide opinions. both the gemologist and ILJD have no past, present or future interest in the item.
• You agree that this document is a report and not a guarantee, ILJD (International Lab for Jewelry and diamonds) chairman, directors, employees & agent are not responsible for any claim arising out of the use of this report.
• ILJD is not attributable to the trademark. service mark. logo, words, characters, symbols expect ILJD’s certificate number, trademark and logo. AII the stated elements are attributable to the Client.
• Clarity enhanced diamond are filled with a substance that is light and heat sensitive. cleaning process may result in damage to the filler. All grades are descriptive of the stone with the filler. if the filler is removed, clarity grades will normally decline one to two grades no advance tests have been performed for the HPHT, CVD diamond.
• The report is considered null and Void if any alteration(s) is/are made to the gems/jewelry or to the report or to the packing itself.
• Evaluation of colored gemstones Does not include determination or disclosure of any treatment and ILJD does not determine the origin of any Gemstone.
• We just provide information about Color and Clarity of diamond and C.V.D on customer demand in Jewellery certificate, we are not responsible for the diamond weight in diamond Jewellery. Diamond weight is providing by customer.
• The photo in the certificate is not actual size of specimen.
