Galaxy Planning QC means quality checking to determine the level of perfection & any need of correcting actions in the Rough Diamonds.Let's move on to the Inclusion Plotting. Diamond graders draw a diagram of the inclusion in the diamond (left) on a diagram (right) to create a map of the diamond's inclusions it's called a Plot. Diamond inclusions are small imperfections found within the structure of the diamond. The inclusion comes about from the extreme pressure and heat that carbon undergoes when transforming into diamonds.
Let's be introduced Micro Defects. Therefore, Micro Defects are classified according to their Cross-Section, Including the blunt-edge, Crescent - edge and flat-edge micro defects.
In general, the defects-controlled mechanical polishing process of a diamond tool consists of two steps, i.e., tool flank face polishing and tool rake face polishing in sequence. after a fine polishing of the tool rake face, the tool is observed by an optical microscope at
1250 magnification to ensure that there are no visible defects on the cutting edge. However, due to the natural disadvantage of mechanical polishing especially for brittle materials, small-size defects at the nanometer level that cannot be detected by an optical microscope are bound to occur on the cutting edge, which are named tool-edge micro defects in this work. During the course students get more knoweldge of each content.
The Course Duration will be 30 days. Also, Institute provided all equipment for use during this course. Students will be Certified after the course completion.
